Key service rules to remember

- Always check the bike is properly docked
Before leaving the station, make sure the bike is securely locked. The easiest way is to gently pull the seat to confirm it cannot be removed. - Make sure the ride has ended
After returning the bike, check the app to confirm the trip has been properly closed. If there is any issue, contact Bicicas as soon as possible. - Respect the maximum rental time
Each ride has a maximum duration of 60 minutes. If you need more time, return the bike and start a new rental. - Report any issues
If you notice a mechanical problem, fall, accident, or any irregularity, inform customer service. - Ride responsibly
